Merry-Go-Round ( a Poem)

The same merry-go-round
Round and round and round
Never a pause, never a lapse
Just round and round
Silently screaming at the invisible faces
Round and round and round
No sound in the round
Unless you can hear fear
Round and round and round
Silent limbs grasping from the Depths
Round and round
Pulling you down down down down
Which way does despair turn
Except Round and round…
The last sound… silently bound.
